Terms of Use
Hi. These terms are written in plain language on purpose. They cover the Prevo website and the Prevo mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play, operated by Notside, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
Who we are
Prevo is a practice product. Notside, LLC (“we”) operates prevoapp.com and the Prevo apps. Contact: info@prevoapp.com.
What Prevo is — and is not
Prevo helps you rehearse interviews and related questions using voice sessions, quizzes, and feedback. It is not a law firm, not immigration counsel, not a university, not a government agency, and not a recruiter. We do not file petitions, represent you, or promise any visa, citizenship, funding, admission, or hiring result.
Your account
If you create an account in the app, you are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping access to your device reasonably secure. You must be old enough to use the stores’ apps in your country (generally 13+, with parent permission where required).
Voice, AI, and content
Practice sessions use automatic speech and language models via OpenRouter (including DeepSeek for interview text, quizzes, and scoring), speech-to-text via Deepgram, and Speechify and other text-to-speech providers for interviewer voice (Deepgram as a fallback). These processors provide the same or equal protection of that data: they process it only to run your session, do not sell it, and do not use it to train their models under their product terms. We do not sell your practice content or interactions. Providers process it only to run your session — not to train theirs, under their product terms. If you confirm an outcome in the app, we may use that session’s transcript internally to improve Prevo’s suggestions, with personal information omitted (names, contact details, and similar identifiers stripped). Outputs can be imperfect. You should not treat feedback as legal, financial, or career advice. Do not submit other people’s sensitive data that you do not have the right to share.
Purchases
Voice-session packs are one-time in-app purchases handled by Apple or Google (and related billing partners). Each pack is a set of consumable credits: one credit is used when you complete a voice session. They are not a subscription. Quiz Mode is free and unlimited and does not use voice credits. Prices can change for new purchases; credits you already bought stay in your account according to the product description at the time of purchase. If the connection drops, you have 20 seconds to come back to the same voice session. A credit is used once the session reaches 2 minutes. If it ends sooner, the session is returned, even if you already answered.
Session length
A quick session can end sooner if the answers are short. The cap is 6 minutes. A full session runs up to 10 minutes, and a mock up to 13. With a free-trial or referral credit, the cap is 5 minutes, whichever mode you pick. The officer sometimes asks for one more detail, and that stays inside the same time.
Getting started
/start is how you begin: you pick a path, leave your email, and open the app or the web. /download is the short page to open the app. On /start and /download, an ad can be measured so we know if you arrived from Meta or TikTok. The practice quiz, voice sessions, and the rest of the site do not use those pixels unless you allow them in cookies. On /download we also record the practice you choose and whether you download the app or continue on the web. Opening the site or /start records the visit and the campaign parameters on the link.
No refunds on voice packs
Voice-session credits are consumable digital goods — like minutes on a prepaid card, not a membership you can cancel for a refund. We do not refund packs after purchase, including unused credits, except where Apple, Google, or a law that cannot be waived requires it. If a store processes a required refund, the related credits may be removed from your account. Ask the App Store or Google Play first for billing disputes they control.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service, reverse-engineer it for harm, scrape it aggressively, or use it to impersonate officials or to generate content you will present as an official government or legal document.
The site and the apps
This website is a public, informational companion. Features described here may roll out in the mobile apps first. We may update copy, catalogs, and availability. Canada and Schengen visa tracks, for example, may appear as coming soon.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by Wyoming and applicable US law, Notside, LLC is not liable for interview outcomes, missed appointments, or decisions by consulates, USCIS, investors, or employers. Our liability for paid services is limited to the amount you paid us for the credits at issue in the prior 12 months, except where the law says we cannot limit it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law says otherwise and cannot be waived.
Changes
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
