Delete your account

You can remove your Prevo account and the practice history attached to it. This page exists so the request is easy — including from the App Store listing.

From the Prevo app

Open Prevo → You (profile) → Delete account, and confirm. That is the fastest path once the app is on your phone.

By email

Write to info@prevoapp.com from the email on the account, subject line “Delete my Prevo account.” Tell us the email you used to sign in. We will confirm and then delete.

What we delete

Your profile, practice sessions, quiz history, and credits tied to that account. Purchases already processed by Apple or Google remain in their billing history; we cannot erase App Store or Play receipts.

What we may keep briefly

A record that a deletion request happened, and any invoice we are required to keep. Those are not used for practice or marketing.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate on our live systems. Email requests are handled as soon as we can verify it is you, usually within a few days.
