Privacy Policy
We try to collect only what we need to run practice sessions, keep your account working, and improve Prevo. This policy applies to prevoapp.com and the Prevo iOS and Android apps.
Who is responsible
Notside, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the controller for Prevo. Email: info@prevoapp.com.
What we collect
Account details you provide (such as name, email, language, and theme). Practice profile data you choose to enter (visa type, travel context, civics location, pitch notes, job target). Session metadata (scores, duration, quiz history). Device and diagnostics that the stores or our hosting already need to keep the app stable. If you email us, we keep the conversation long enough to help. If you finish the practice quiz, we keep the name, email, language, and answers you gave, including what feels hard, and we email that practice plan. You can also leave a phone number. We keep it with that plan so we can reach you about it. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them.
Voice and AI
Voice sessions send audio to speech and language processors so we can transcribe, speak prompts, ask follow-ups, and produce feedback. Language models run via OpenRouter, including DeepSeek V4 Flash for interview text, quizzes, and scoring. Speech-to-text uses Deepgram. Interviewer voice uses Speechify and other text-to-speech providers, with Deepgram as a fallback. These processors provide the same or equal protection of your audio, transcripts, answers, and practice profile: they process that data only to run your session, do not sell it, and do not use it to train their models under their product terms. We do not sell your data or practice interactions. Transcripts stay on your account so you can review them. If you confirm an outcome in the app, we may use that session’s transcript internally to improve Prevo’s suggestions, with personal information omitted (names, contact details, and similar identifiers stripped). We do not sell that content or use it to train third-party models. Do not record other people without their permission.
Payments
Purchases go through the App Store, Google Play, and our purchase partner Adapty. Voice packs are one-time in-app purchases of consumable credits, not a subscription. We receive confirmation that a pack was bought so we can add credits. We do not store your full card number.
Cookies and this website
The marketing site stores your language and theme preference on your device (localStorage) so the next visit feels like yours. Those essential preferences are not analytics. After you consent, we use PostHog for product analytics on this website and in the Prevo iOS and Android apps (pages or screens you visit, and actions like starting a session or opening plans). Analytics cookies and the app SDK run only after you allow them. In the apps, after you opt in, events are associated with your Prevo account id only — not your email, name, or an advertising identifier (IDFA). We do not use Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt because we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. We do not sell your data. Getting started at /start and /download may measure an ad so we know if you arrived from Meta or TikTok. The practice quiz, voice sessions, and the rest of this website do not use those pixels unless you allow them in Cookie settings. On /download we also record the practice you choose and whether you download the app or continue on the web. Opening the site or /start records the visit and the campaign parameters on the link.

/start is how you begin: you pick a path, leave your email, and open the app or the web. /download is the short page to open the app. On /start and /download, an ad can be measured so we know if you arrived from Meta or TikTok. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure, AI, speech, analytics, and payment processors who help us operate Prevo — under contracts that limit their use. That includes OpenRouter (LLM), Deepgram (speech-to-text and text-to-speech fallback), Speechify and other text-to-speech providers for interviewer voice, PostHog (product analytics on the website and apps, only after you consent), Pubflow/Flowless (accounts), Turso (database), and Apple App Store, Google Play, and Adapty (in-app purchases). We may disclose information if the law requires it. OpenRouter (including DeepSeek), Deepgram, and Speechify provide the same or equal protection of the practice data they receive: they process it only to operate Prevo, do not sell it, and do not use it to train their models under their product terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and practice history while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account (see Delete account). Backups expire on a rolling schedule. We may keep minimal records of a purchase or a legal request.
Your choices
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and some US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Email info@prevoapp.com and we will help. On the website, open Cookie settings to allow or decline analytics. In the app, use the Product analytics toggle in You. You can also use in-app language and notification settings.
Children
Prevo is aimed at adults preparing for interviews. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We and our processors may store or process data in the United States and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes in a meaningful way.
