Privacy Policy
We try to collect only what we need to run practice sessions, keep your account working, and improve Prevo. This policy applies to prevoapp.com and the Prevo iOS and Android apps.
Who is responsible
Notside, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, is the controller for Prevo. Email: info@prevoapp.com.
What we collect
Account details you provide (such as name, email, language, and theme). Practice profile data you choose to enter (visa type, travel context, civics location, pitch notes, job target). Session metadata (scores, duration, quiz history). Device and diagnostics that the stores or our hosting already need to keep the app stable. If you email us, we keep the conversation long enough to help.
Voice and AI
Voice sessions send audio to speech and language processors so we can transcribe, ask follow-ups, and produce feedback. We use this to run your session and to improve quality. Do not record other people without their permission. Transcripts and scores are tied to your account so you can review them later.
Payments
Purchases go through the App Store, Google Play, and our purchase partner. We receive confirmation that a pack was bought so we can add credits. We do not store your full card number.
Cookies and this website
The marketing site stores your language and theme preference on your device (localStorage) so the next visit feels like yours. We do not run a wall of advertising trackers on this site.
Sharing
We share data with infrastructure, AI, analytics, and payment processors who help us operate Prevo — under contracts that limit their use. We may disclose information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep account and practice history while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account (see Delete account). Backups expire on a rolling schedule. We may keep minimal records of a purchase or a legal request.
Your choices
Depending on where you live (including the EEA, UK, and some US states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing. Email info@prevoapp.com and we will help. You can also use in-app language and notification settings.
Children
Prevo is aimed at adults preparing for interviews. It is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We and our processors may store or process data in the United States and other countries. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
Changes
We will update the date on this page when the policy changes in a meaningful way.
